CA DMV - REAL ID Express Lane

This important pilot showcase ID.me's ability to transformed the DMV experience in the nation’s most populous state while fulfilling the REAL ID mandate.

To successfully complete the pilot launch and establish ID.me's influence across the state of California.

ID.me - Unifying Our Digital Presence

The ID.me project aimed to lower operational costs and improve brand communication. By eliminating the need to manage multiple applications, we reaffirmed our commitment to making our products more accessible and user-friendly, ultimately driving greater adoption of our services.

Onboarding Process

As our reseller community grows, the challenge lies in scaling and personalizing the onboarding experience to meet the diverse needs of resellers, ensuring that both new and experienced users can easily navigate the platform, access relevant resources, and integrate into the BULQ ecosystem without friction, while maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
